Callawassie Island is an 880-acre sea island with 726 home sites, open spaces, 27 holes of Tom Fazio golf, Har-tru tennis courts, Club complex, River Club, island facilities, and more.  No commercial activities are located on the Island.

A Thriving Island 

We are a member-owned island, completely developed, with all properties requiring a Club membership. Approximately 500 existing homes provide the security and financial stability of a mature, welcoming community. We are a healthy, thriving community and continually strive to improve our amenities. We have recently completed a $4 million renovation of our golf course.  Healthy reserves are in place for emergencies and major infrastructure projects.  All our growth has been accomplished in the context of preserving the stunning natural beauty of our island.
